His career has spanned residential development, property investment, business ownership and advising clients through significant financial and lifestyle decisions, experiences that shape how he approaches every search.

Ashley has called Stamford and Rutland home for many years, with a knowledge of its market towns, villages and countryside that goes well beyond the professional. Before joining Garrington, Ashley spent many years advising property investors and homebuyers, developing strong negotiation skills and a highly personalised approach that clients have consistently valued. He understands that where someone chooses to live, the community, the pace, and the setting often matter as much as the property itself, and he brings that understanding to every search he undertakes.
