Kevin was born and bred on the sunny South Coast and has spent the last 25 years involved in the local property market.

Initially trained as a Mortgage Consultant for a large bank, Kevin then moved into property sales for a local independent estate agent, rising to the level of Branch Manager. During this time he was also responsible for the implementation of a Customer Support Department, designed to help and guide buyers through the complete process from viewings to offers, through sales progression and on to the joy of completion.

After meeting his wife, Kevin moved to Guildford and settled into life in the Surrey Hills, continuing his property career and gaining a strong knowledge of the Surrey area and surrounds.

Kevin is a people person with excellent communication skills who takes pride in providing a complete professional service. He has a calm but determined manner which ensures his clients are in safe hands through their moving journey.

Outside of work his main passion is film, having studied at Sydney Film School. He recently fulfilled a lifetime ambition to build his own home cinema.
